ADV – Anti-Doping Committee
The Anti-Doping Committee of the Czech Republic is the highest body and the exclusive professional workplace with nationwide scope ensuring the anti-doping program in the Czech Republic. This expert guarantor for doping issues was established in 1999 as a state-funded organization and its founder is the National Sports Agency as of 1 January 2020.
The basic goal of the ADV CZE is to protect the identity of sport as a unique human activity, to support the right of athletes to participate in sport without doping and thus to promote health, justice and equal opportunities for all athletes. The Anti-Doping Committee of the Czech Republic participates in the harmonization, coordination and cooperation of anti-doping programs at the national and international level with due regard to control, prevention and protection against doping. For this purpose, ADV CZE proceeds in accordance with sports-technical standards, national legislation and the World Anti-Doping Code of WADA.
WADA – World Anti-Doping Agency
The World Anti-Doping Agency was established to achieve compliance with anti-doping measures and regulations in sports organizations. Its mission is to lead a worldwide cooperative movement for doping-free sport.
CADF – Cycling Anti-Doping Foundation

The CADF administers the anti-doping program on behalf of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI). CADF was founded in 2008 as a non-profit organization. From 1 January 2021, the operational activities of the anti-doping program will be transferred to the International Testing Agency (ITA).
